With a BBA from Amity University and years of executive experience, Aditi blends business acumen with empathy and execution. At Ethos, she's building a future where innovation uplifts lives and impact is designed into every decision.

Vishal Sunkara

Vishal Sunkara has a proven track record of driving innovation, engineering excellence, and strategic technical leadership. As a former software engineer at Fidelity Investments, he was instrumental in developing foundational digital asset trading and custody infrastructure. Vishal pursued his Master's in Computer Science from The University of Texas at Austin, leveraging his technical expertise to build scalable solutions that will help achieve sustainable development outcomes.

Siddharth Mandala is a social innovator, distinguished TEDx speaker, and entrepreneur committed to addressing global challenges through technology and impactful solutions. As the inventor of the Electroshoe and founder of the Cognizance Welfare Initiative, he has made a tangible difference in community welfare and safety. A dual-degree major in Industrial Engineering from Columbia University and Economics from Claremont McKenna College, Siddarth combines his operational expertise and passion for social impact to transform social responsibility into a catalyst for positive change.
